Refund Policy

At Volition Studio LLC, we offer creative services such as branding, design, and strategy. Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once a service has been agreed upon and work has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. This includes partial payments, deposits, and full project fees.

 

2. Deposits

Deposits made to secure a project date or begin work are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

 

3. Cancelled Projects

If a client chooses to cancel a project before work begins, and no significant time has been spent on planning or communication, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Volition Studio LLC.

 

4. Dissatisfaction

We strive to ensure client satisfaction through collaboration, clarity, and feedback checkpoints. However, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction once work has been delivered according to the agreed scope.

 

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

All sales of digital products (e.g. templates, eBooks) are final and non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
